The intensive will be carried out in real time over Skype or Zoom.
= You can choose to have both sessions together (50mins each) or over a couple of weeks or a month.
= Areas that we will work on together include – your vision for Food Prosperity, your meaningful criteria, your right-fit systems, and priorities based on what’s important to you and what you are looking to realise in your life, and how food, eating and related activities will support you in having that.
= This is also the intensive to book if you people-please around food, you don’t feel comfortable saying no even though that’s what you want to say, you are always offering to make the tea in the office, you drink more alcohol than you like on a night out in order to ‘fit in’, you accept ‘seconds’ even though your stomach is aching, or similar types of behaviour.
= You can expect to greatly lessen or stop people-pleasing around food, start up new creative things, start to experience the ‘side-effects’ of deepening into your food prosperity – in your body, work, and life.
= You will also be able to work with me for three months by email (great too, for when you’re traveling or working away from home) for accountability, tracking your milestones, plus access to relevant resources for your journey to embody a foundation of self care in your life.

= Once I’ve received your payment. I will be in touch with your welcome message and my calendar to book your session. This will also include a very short questionnaire to bring focus to our time together, most of the work will be done in the sessions.

+ Book Your – Food Rejuvenation – Intensive (2 sessions + 3 months email self care tune-up)
The intensive will be carried out in real time over Skype or Zoom.
= You can choose to have both sessions together (50mins each) or over a couple of weeks or a month.
= Areas that we will work on together include your current eating, food and associated habits, understanding what food-based rejuvenation is, creating a menu of meals (cooked/uncooked) that fit your creative lifestyle and food-based rejuvenation goals, looking at food-based supplements, and nourishing skincare, a raw juice refresh, and upgrading your personal nurture systems, based on your priorities and your current responsibilities/roles.
= You can expect to have smooth glowing skin, more energy, look vibrant and or younger, feel alive, have a bounce in your step, need less sleep (eventually), and increasingly meet life with non-resistance and and confidence.
