Crunchy spelt meat pies make a delicious nutrient dense dish that works for breakfast, lunch, dinner or simply a meal, sliced up or halved to accompany soup, salad, roasted veg or a cup of bone broth. I always have some in my freezer.
It’s made with real butter (only the good stuff round here), organic spelt flour and some other easy to find, simple ingredients.
